Our gorgeous farm fresh eggs. Laid and collected daily. Rich in flavor with deeply colored yolks. All cartons come with eggs in assorted sizes ranging from medium to large with colors ranging from tan to dark brown and green to blue. Our hens are free range and supplemented with a whole grain feed that we mix right here on the farm!
Our available quantity is updated as frequently as possible, depending on the production of our gals.
To preserve the natural bacteria barrier eggs are laid with, we keep our eggs unwashed and stored at room temperature after collecting. Once they arrive to you, the eggs can be safely kept at room temperature for 2-3 additional weeks. To extend the life of your eggs to 2+ months, you may refrigerate after receiving them. Wash eggs in warm water (no soap) before using to reduce risk of contaminants. Once eggs have been washed or refrigerated, they MUST be kept 45* or cooler.
